The Kamrupi founder Barman, Sanjib K. is an M.A. (Geo) from Gauhati University who owing to constant encouragements and supports from his grand parents has taken up individual research initiative in order to develop products for the local market with pure ethnic local flavor.

This initiative eventually leads to the development of four fast-food branded products. These Kamrupi products are very popular in local market.

Kamrupi is working on developing other products as well. Such products will in the future include computer software to consumer electronics.
